By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

NIHWA Studio LLC develops and operates mobile software products, including subscription-based digital experiences designed to support productivity, engagement, and personal progress.
3. User Responsibilities

- Use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Refrain from reverse engineering, unauthorized access attempts, or misuse of the Services.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features may require paid subscriptions with recurring billing. Subscription purchase, payment processing, renewals, and cancellation settings are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. NIHWA Studio LLC does not directly process or control app store payment transactions.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies and procedures. NIHWA Studio LLC cannot override or independently issue refunds for purchases processed through those third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, code, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, branding, and other content associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to NIHWA Studio LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Services may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or exploited without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIHWA Studio LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in misuse, created security risk, or exposed NIHWA Studio LLC or other users to legal or operational harm.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
